September Tri-Polish Challenge: Last Day! (Day 4)

Today is last day of the Tri-Polish Challenge for the month of September! Here's a recap for those of you who don't know what it's about. I just joined in on the Tri-Polish Challenge hosted by the wonderful Debbie Crumpet. They have been doing this since March! I'm very behind but better late than never right? The idea behind this challenge is that three colors are chosen for that month, and you have to pick a polish from your stash for each color, and stick to those specific polishes for the challenge, which involves four manicures, posted the last two Tuesdays and Thursdays of the month.  (You also have free use of black/white/silver/ gold and glitter toppers).

The colors for September are Lilac, Blue and Pink. The colors for September are Lilac, Blue and Pink. I chose Julep Renee, Zoya Edie and Sinful Colors Folly. How estatic am I... I completed my first Tri-Polish Challenge! Yippie! I'm happy (: I got through a challenge and didn't even stop half way through or anything. I'm very proud of myself~ So today I'm showing you a waterfall and gradient mani. I haven't been using pink a lot like I should because it is part of the challenge so this entire mani is pink based xD
September Tri-Polish Day 4! Waterfall & Gradient
So basically I just did one coat of Sinful Colors Folly then I did a black gradient on my ring finger. The others I used Essie Blanc, ORLY Liquid Vinyl and Zoya Laney for the waterfall. I then used BTouch Rose Glitter as a glitter topper. I'm not too happy with it because like a dummy I didn't realize the pink base coat of the glitter was going to be so opaque. That's why you see an orangey hue to my black gradient and on my middle finger. Despite this fall back I am very happy with the way my mani turned out (:
