September Tri-Polish Challenge: Day 3

Today is day 3 of the Tri-Polish Challenge! Here's a recap for those of you who don't know what it's about. I just joined in on the Tri-Polish Challenge hosted by the wonderful Debbie Crumpet. They have been doing this since March! I'm very behind but better late than never right? The idea behind this challenge is that three colors are chosen for that month, and you have to pick a polish from your stash for each color, and stick to those specific polishes for the challenge, which involves four manicures, posted the last two Tuesdays and Thursdays of the month.  (You also have free use of black/white/silver/ gold and glitter toppers).

The colors for September are Lilac, Blue and Pink. I chose Julep Renee, Zoya Edie and Sinful Colors Folly. I'm feeling a bit better today so I was being adventurous and did something I've never done but always wanted to try: Fish Braid nail art.

Maybe I should've used Sinful Color's Folly instead of Julep Renee so the colors might have popped out more. I don't know if you guys can tell but my braids are all different on each finger. the only one that is the same is the pointer and pinky. My color order for doing this was White, Blue then Purple. So as each finger went on I kept in that order my pointer and pinky were WBP, my middle was PWB and my ring was BPW.
